There is a variety of shops before and after security at Albuquerque International Sunport Airport (ABQ), with some great specialty stores stocking unique Southwestern handicrafts, jewelry, clothing and gifts. Bars, Cafés and Restaurants


Albuquerque International Sunport has a great food court that is located in the central hub area between Concourse A and B on Level 3. The Food Court has a wide variety of menus catering to all ages and tastes, with unique Southwestern cuisine being among the most extensive. Each concourse has its own eateries, cafés and bars, while levels 1 and 2 have fast food and snack outlets.

Currency Exchange, Communications and Banking Facilities


While Albuquerque International Sunport has plenty of ATM machines spread around its terminal, there are no currency exchange counters or regular banking facilities; for these you will need to walk across to the Wyndham Albuquerque Hotel. Wi-Fi Internet access is provided free throughout the terminal and there is an Internet kiosk on Level 3, near Gate A2.

Business and Conference Facilities


Other than Wi-Fi Internet access and an Internet kiosk, there are no business or conference facilities at Sunport. However, the neighboring Wyndham Albuquerque Hotel has extensive facilities that can be used or reserved including conference rooms, audio-visual equipment, facsimile machines, computers and photocopiers. One mile away, AmeriSuites has two fully-equipped meeting rooms that can also be reserved.

Disabled Facilities


As is standard with all main airports in the US, Albuquerque International Sunport Airport (ABQ) is well equipped to handle the special needs of disabled passengers, with adapted toilets, telephones and ramps for comfort. Parking is free for vehicles with handicap identification and is conveniently located next to the elevators that serve the four-story, short-term parking garage. Most of the local buses to downtown Albuquerque have lifts and sections for wheelchairs.
